The awful feeling you get when someone you care about is upset and they won’t confide in you. It kills me a little inside

The hardest part about being rejected from your dream college isn’t the”no” itself. It’s realizing that a dream which has encompassed so many emotions, so much time and effort, is just that - a dream which will never grow to become a reality.
But take the time to look around you at the world you’ve been living in while you anxiously awaited your decision. There are countless numbers of people who have been there to supportyou, and will continue to support you in all you do.
The way I see it, there is a reason I didn’t get into my dream school. Maybe if I would have fought to get in, I would have realized it wasn’t my dream school after all. Just like when you’re actually dreaming - sometimes you wake up and can’t remember what itwas. You know it was there, you just can’t quite find it.
So if you got rejected, just keep looking. Your dream school is still out there…and you’re going to love it.
